Shipping Policy

Atmosphera offers Expedited shipping (2-5 business days) and Priority shipping (1-3 business days). Shipping costs will not be refunded if the order is returned. We are not responsible for delays associated to carrier disruptions.

Incorrect addresses will be charged a return shipping fee along with the revised shipping fee to resend the package.

Atmosphera online orders are shipped on business days (Tuesday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Ground are processed and shipped within 2 business days, depending on product availability.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.

Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on the Atmosphera site do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of product and will be displayed on the checkout page. Additional duty charges may be applicable to shipments outside of Canada.

Shipping Protection

For a $3 fee, shipping protection may be added to your order. This service provides a full replacement should your package be lost or reported as undelivered, ensuring a reliable and worry-free shopping experience.
