First Purchase Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of each product.
If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of your order date. Once your request is received, our Customer Experience team will guide you through the return process and issue a refund once the return is processed.
Any subsequent purchase of the same product is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or refund.
Bundles & Collections
Customer bundles and collections are eligible for return under the First Purchase Guarantee, provided all eligibility requirements are met.
To be eligible for a refund on a bundle or collection, all items included must be returned. Partial returns are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
- Affiliate Enrollment fees
- Affiliate Enrollment Collections
- Merchandise items
- Affiliate business aids
- Limited edition products
- Holiday products
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return under the First Purchase Guarantee:
- The return must be requested within 30 days of the original order date
- The return must be your first purchase of that product
- The product must have been purchased directly through Atmosphera
- The item must not be listed as final sale
