First Purchase Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of each product.

If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of your order date. Once your request is received, our Customer Experience team will guide you through the return process and issue a refund once the return is processed.

Any subsequent purchase of the same product is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or refund.

Bundles & Collections

Customer bundles and collections are eligible for return under the First Purchase Guarantee, provided all eligibility requirements are met.

To be eligible for a refund on a bundle or collection, all items included must be returned. Partial returns are not eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

• Affiliate Enrollment fees
• Affiliate Enrollment Collections
• Merchandise items
• Affiliate business aids
• Limited edition products
• Holiday products

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under the First Purchase Guarantee:

• The return must be requested within 30 days of the original order date
• The return must be your first purchase of that product
• The product must have been purchased directly through Atmosphera
• The item must not be listed as final sale
